Registering as a Union Plus Member
You can easily register your account online as a member of Union Plus. Simply go to www,unionpluscard.com and click the register button on the login area. If you don’t know how to register online, here’s how to go about it.
Union Plus eBill Statement
One of the best things about Union Plus is that you can access your account and get an e-statement. You simply need to login to your account at unionpluscard.com and retrieve your statement. The statement looks exactly like the printed ones. You can view pending transactions and recent activity from your last statement. Also, you can search transactions for the last 12 months by date, amount, or description.
Union Plus Mobile Alerts
If you’re always on the go, we recommend that you sign up for Mobile alert. This will allow you to monitor your account activity and remain in control. You will receive personalized updates via on payment due dates, recent transactions, and refunds via SMS or email. You will also be notified of unusual activity and balance transfers from or into your account.
Online Union Plus Bill Payment
As a Union Plus member, you can easily and conveniently pay your bills online. Simply login to your account at unionpluscard.com and click “Pay My Bill.
Select “Schedule One Time Payment” and then enter your payment date and amount and then click the “Continue” button. Verify your payment details and click the Submit button to pay off the bill. You can pay the minimum due, the entire balance, or any amount that you choose. Union Plus will send you a notice 6 days before your payment is posted.
Automatic Union Plus Payments
If you want to be able to pay your monthly bills on time without delays, you should enrol in Autopay from your account at unionpluscard.com and schedule recurring payments. Payments will be deducted directly from your account on the scheduled due date. The amount paid will reflect on your account within 3 business date from the day of payment.
Automated Telephone Payments
Union Plus also allows its members to pay monthly bills via the automated phone system. Simply call 1-800-622-2580 and follow the prompts until you make a payment. Alternatively, you can ask a Customer Service Representative to schedule a payment for you. Once your payment is made, you can login to your accounts and view the payment via the Accounts Overview page.
Union Plus Payment by Mail
If you haven’t registered an account online, you can still pay your Union Plus bills via mail. Simply write your check and mail it to the payment address below. Ensure that you write your account number on the backside of your check.
