As a TWC Customer, you can sign up for a Free TWC Account anytime when you go to twc.com/myservices. From your account, you can view and pay your bills, program your DVR, view TV listings and lineup, and manage upcoming appointments. Aside from that you can also view current equipment/services, manage home phone settings, and receive special customized offers.
Paying Your Bills Online
TWC allows customers to make bill payments online. To make a bill payment, click on the Pay Bill Tab on the menu section.
You will be directed to the login page where you will have to enter your login credentials.
Once you access My Account, hover to Billing and then click Pay My Bill. Select One-time if you want to pay the current bill and then enter your payment details. Alternatively, you can setup recurring payments using the same procedure. All you have to do is select Recurring instead of One-Time from the payment frequency.
Paying Bill My TWC App
You can also pay your bills on the go via My TWC App. You can download the app for Android device from Google Play and for iOS device from App Store.
Once you’ve downloaded and installed the app, you need to sign with your TWC ID and the select the Pay Bill option from your account tab. Proceed with the steps for making a one-time payment until you’re done. It’s really simple and straightforward.
Paying Bill at TWC Store
As a customer, you can also pay your bills at a TWC store near you. Go to twc.com/myservices and look out for the store locator link. When you click the link, you will be directed to a page where you can search for a TWC location or payment center near your. You will need to enter your ZIP code and set the search radius before you click the search button.
Make Phone Payment
Customers can also make bill payments directly from their phones. All you need to do is calll 1-800-TWC-HELP (1-800-892-4357). Say “Pay Bill” when you’re asked to select an option and then follow the voice-activated prompts until your complete the pay transaction.
Make Payment by Check
Apart from the methods of payments, you can also pay your bill through check. For prompt processing, mail your check to the address indicated on your bill. It’s advisable that you include your current billing statement on your envelope or write the account number behind your check.
